COMUNICADO A LA OPINION EN GENERAL
Por qué ya no trabajo con Corporación Gana?
Apreciados Lectores
Por medio del presente comunicado me permito informar y responder a
las personas que comienzan a preguntarme por qué motivo ya no
aparezco como Master de CORPORACION GANA en la Web de la Empresa.
Al respecto les informo que el primer sorprendido soy yo, pues
desconozco las razones para ello, imagínense que al ingresar a la
sala de conferencias de México y a la donde nos reunimos los Master
me sale un aviso que dice "Usted tiene prohibido el acceso en forma
permanente a esta sala", no entiendo esto.
Hace mas o menos una semana el Director General de la Empresa me
felicitaba y exaltaba públicamente y me colocaba como modelo y decía
que se la jugaba por mí, hoy no se qué pasa?
En la ultima conferencia de Master el Hermano del Director General,
decía públicamente que yo era muy importante para Corporación Gana,
hoy no se qué pasa?
Hace unas semanas miembros del mal llamado Comité de Ética, en ese
momento y que hoy es un Consejo de Administración (acogiéndose a mi
recomendación de cambiar de nombre), me invitaban a continuar en la
Empresa y me invitaban a sus Messenger y nos reuníamos en una de mis
salas a conversar como amigos y augurarnos muchos éxitos, hoy no se
qué pasa?
Este mismo Comité de Ética me escribía el día 14 de Septiembre en
apartes de su respuesta a mí después de mi renuncia del 12 de
Septiembre a Corporación Gana lo siguiente:"Reconocemos su integridad
como persona y su amplia experiencia en materia de multinivel, siendo
un líder destacado; congratulándonos de que forme parte de nuestra
familia." Hoy no se qué pasa?
Aquí sin lugar a dudas existe una campaña de desinformación de
calumnias, de injurias que espero salgan a la luz publica, pues el
que nada debe nada teme, pero hoy no se qué pasa?
Nos hemos intercambiado estas dos comunicaciones entre ellos y yo
donde en ellas me insinúan decir una mentira para aparentemente
quedar bien ante la opinión publica, yo ante eso no acepto el
aparentar y mucho menos mentir, quienes me conocen saben que me jacto
y pago el precio que sea por no mentir, y en esta ocasión tampoco lo
voy a hacer.

Apreciados Señores
Me permito informarles que estoy sorprendido con los últimos
acontecimientos donde USTEDES toman la decisión de excluirme como su
Representante de la Corporación Gana en Colombia, sin darme
explicación alguna.
De acuerdo a su comunicado donde USTEDES me permiten acogerme a una
posición de esclarecimiento de los motivos que los acogen para ella,
me permito informarles que la acepto y estoy dispuesto a renunciar a
la discreción que USTEDES me plantean, pues es muy claro que en mi
contra no ha existido un debido proceso, adicionalmente se me ha
negado el derecho a la presunción de inocencia , sobre cualquier
hecho o acto que se me quiera imputar además que quien me acuse de
algo tiene la obligación legal de comprobarlo con pruebas y debe
existir un fallo en mi contra de alguna autoridad competente y
afortunadamente para mi ese no existe ni existirá jamás.
Les solicito proceder a dar los pasos conducentes, que me permitan
conocer exactamente que es lo que les permite escribir esto, sí
requiero conocer esas razones es lo mínimo que se le puede dar a
quien les ha servido y dio a conocer ante el mundo su oportunidad de
negocio "SERIA POR DEMAS DESGASTANTE ENUMERAR LAS RAZONES POR LAS
CUALES SE TOMO ESTA DECISION Y PREFERIMOS EVITAR JUICIOS PERSONALES

Debe quedar claro que no es posible que se pretenda jugar con el buen
nombre de las personas impunemente como esta sucediendo en este
deplorable caso y les solicito proceder a enumerarme esas razones.
Quedo pendiente de su importante respuesta, donde se me informe entre
otras como se me va a remunerar el tiempo trabajado para Ustedes y
como se me va a reconocer las comisiones que sin lugar a dudas les
generaran los distintos países que abrí para Ustedes y las personas
que les vincule.

Estos hechos sucedieron el día 9 de Octubre del 2.007 en horas de la
noche, he dado más de 62 horas de tiempo para que el Director General
me exprese cuales son los motivos para mi exclusión, los que
desconozco y gracias a DIOS ninguno podrá ser cierto, pues lo único
que hecho es trabajar honestamente y abrirles el mercado en toda la
red como consecuencia de el, y como en su defecto tampoco llego la
respuesta con la exposición de razones y pruebas para tomar esta
decisión, me veo obligado a dar a conocer a luz publica esto que ha
sucedido sin ninguna explicación.
Pues este antecedente vivido conmigo que solo les ha servido y
trabajado honestamente para ellos, seria muestra más que suficiente
de la inseguridad que traería el vincularse con CORPORACION GANA.
Hoy es 18 de Octubre cuando agrego estas líneas y lo hago para
informar que aun no recibo ninguna prueba y tampoco comunicación que
justifique la decisión de CORPOGANA en mi contra, por el contrario he
hablado con personas y me han llegado correos donde me dicen que salí
por malos manejos.
Ante un hecho tan grave como este autorizo a quien tenga alguna
prueba en mi contra que demuestre que he incurrido en malos manejos
la publique e incluso me diga ante que autoridad competente me
presento de inmediato, para que inicie las investigaciones en mi
contra y basado en las pruebas y acusaciones de quien.
Por favor hagámosle un bien a la forma como se desarrollan los
negocios en la red y no sigamos permitiendo que por rumores, chismes,
calumnias, injurias, difamaciones y actos en contra de la honra y
buen nombre de las personas, se intente destruir y lo peor se condene
a personas inocentes sin que exista un fallo de la justicia en mi
contra en este caso o en contra de cualquier persona si se diera.
En vista de todo lo sucedido me he visto obligado a crear mi propia
Empresa CORPORACION TRIUNFO COLOMBIA S. A. "CORPOTRIUNFO" a fin de no
perder mi trabajo realizado, pero lamentablemente la duda ha hecho
que personas a las cuales yo vincule a CORPOGANA en calidad de
encargados de sus respectivos países se hayan quedado con ellos y no
aceptaran la invitación que les hice y ahora hago a toda la opinión
publica para que me acompañen en mi Emprendimiento
